| Popis: | A new device (‘Abradul’) for policlinical curettage was tested for reliability. The histology of the curettage obtained prior to hysterectomy was compared blindly to that of the surgical specimens in 61 patients. As a correlation of almost 100% was found, the results for this convenient and economical outpatient procedure are very promising. Routine screening for the patient at risk is now within reach. |
