Popis:	A 25-year-old female with a history of Ewing sarcoma presented with leukopenia (920/μL), neutropenia (180/μL), thrombocytopenia (147,000/μL) and macrocytic anemia (hemoglobin 12.2 g/dL, mean corpuscular volume (MCV) 90.3 fL). Metastatic Ewing sarcoma of the right gluteal muscle with pulmonary metastases had been diagnosed 7 years previously. Prior treatment had included chemotherapy, radiation therapy, and allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (alloHSCT).
