| Popis: | 1. 1. A case of a subcostosternal diaphragmatic hernia with coexisting tetralogy of Fallot is reported. This incidence is rare. 2. 2. The diagnosis of such a hernia may be established by the roentgenologic findings of a thoracic mass, the course of the barium meal and the relationship of pneumothorax or pneumoperitoneum to the density. 3. 3. The surgical approach and the methods of repair of the hernia have been discussed. |
