Popis: | In this work, the authors analyzed the existing algorithms of image pre-processing and segmentation and determined their advantages and disadvantages. There was developed a metric-based method to choose automatically the segmentation algorithms and their parameters for cytological and histological image processing. This approach allows increasing the speed of segmentation algorithms and their parameters choice for different classes of images. |
