An 81-year old gentleman with situs inversus (SI) and dextrocardia (Fig. 1A) underwent coronary angiography for stable angina pectoris, which revealed severe stenosis of the left main coronary artery (Fig. 1B). Echocardiography did not reveal any intracardiac abnormalities. The patient underwent total arterial off-pump coronary artery bypass (OPCAB; Fig. 1C). The surgery and postoperative recovery were uneventful. |
