Popis: A method based on laser speckle interferometry with a semiconductor laser and using spectral–temporal algorithms of low-frequency (0–35 kHz) data processing to analyze the dynamic parameters of blood microcirculation is considered. The described method for measuring the velocity of motion of blood microparticles is simple to implement and allows the noninvasive monitoring of blood circulation dynamics with a fairly high sensitivity. The test results demonstrate that the design of the device presented ensures the possibility of developing an analyzer meeting the technical requirements for this type of device.
