Popis: | An 11-month-old girl had recurrent pruritic vesiculopustular lesions involving the trunk, extremities, and scalp since the age of 1-month. Histopathologic examination revealed an intraepidermal bulla produced by acantholysis and neutrophilic spongiosis. Direct immunofluorescence showed IgA deposits in the intercellular space throughout the epidermis. Circulating anti-intercellular IgA autoantibodies were absent. Dapsone therapy was effective.
