Popis: | ture as uncommon complications of angiography I 1-51. We describe an unusual case of subarachnoid contrast enhancement that mimicked subarachnoid hemorrhage on CT of the head after spinal angiography. Parenchymal contrast enhancement and intraventricular hyperdensity have been described as being the resuit of blood-brain barrier (BBB) breakdown. but to the best of our knowledge. the subarachnoid hemorrhage-mimicking appearance of suical and cisternal enhancement without yentricular hyperdensity has not been reported. |
