Popis:	Two children with congenital heart disease developed persistent fever, anemia, and hepatosplenomegaly. Both were shown to have intracardiac vegetations and evidence of infection with Coxiella burnetti. Thus, the same clinical manifestations of Q fever may develop in both children and adults.
