Popis:	A report on a new set of selective bronchial suction catheters is presented. They were designed specifically for patients with tracheal fenestration but can be used equally effectively on patients with tracheostomy. The value of these catheters to the anesthesiologist for selective suctionings through the conventional endotracheal tube during anesthesia is also emphasized.
