Popis:	A 12-year-old boy presented with a 2-week history of persistent pruritic edematous plaques one day after he received the first dose of the BNT162b2 COVID-19 mRNA vaccine. A skin biopsy showed urticarial dermatitis with tissue eosinophilia consistent with a diagnosis of vaccine-associated eosinophilic cellulitis, with polyethylene glycol as a potential trigger.
