Popis: | WOS: 000286682300002 1-(3-Aminophenyl)-4-benzoyl-5-phenyl-1H-pyrazole-3-carboxylic acid (1) was synthesized according to the literature.(1) 2-(3-Aminophenyl)-2,6-dihydro-3,4-diphenyl-7H-pyrazolo[3,4-d]pyridazin-7-one (5) was obtained by the cyclocondensation reaction of 1 with hydrazine hydrate. New pyrazole derivatives of compounds 1 and 5 were synthesized by their reaction with beta-diketones, beta-ketoesters, beta-naphthol, phenol and various other reagents. The structures of the synthesized compounds were characterized by H-1-NMR, C-13-NMR, IR and mass spectroscopy, as well as elemental analysis.
