Popis: Gastric polyps are among the most common findings on upper endoscopic examination. Most are simple fundic gland polyps or hyperplastic lesions that are of a low-risk nature and little clinical concern. This report illustrates the opposite: extensive, carpet-like coating of a large portion of the stomach, raising clinical red flags.
