Popis: | Dengue fever (DF) and dengue hemorrhagic fever (DHF) are recurrent diseases that are widespread in the tropics. Here, we identified candidate genes associated with these diseases by performing integrated analyses of DF ({"type":"entrez-geo","attrs":{"text":"GSE51808","term_id":"51808"}}GSE51808) and DHF ({"type":"entrez-geo","attrs":{"text":"GSE18090","term_id":"18090"}}GSE18090) microarray datasets in the Gene Expression Omnibus (GEO).
