Popis:	PDF file - 48K, Wee1 and Chk1 expression are elevated in high-risk, MYCN-amplified neuroblastoma. Primary tumors were obtained from 251 patients at diagnosis (221 high-risk, 30 low-risk; 68 MYCN amplified, 183 MYCN non-amplified), and were run on Affymetrix Human Exon 1.0 ST expression microarrays. Both Wee1 and Chk1 expression were expressed at a significantly higher rate in both the MYCN amplified and high-risk conditions
