| Popis: | We report a method for the production of rat hybridomas secreting IgA antibodies with biological activity. By fusing the rat myeloma Y3.Ag.1.2.3 with mesenteric lymph node cells taken from animals that had been immunised via the Peyer's patches with allogeneic cells we have obtained a hybridoma secreting monoclonal antibodies of the IgA class with specificity for RT1 c . |
