| Popis: | We present the case of a 77-year-old man with oral haemorrhage and blood clots, with no cough or vomiting. A varicose lesion in the valleculae was established as the source of bleeding. The condition of the patient was haemodynamically unstable. Bleeding was successfully controlled through suture and diathermy. From that time, there have been no further episodes of bleeding. |
