Popis:	We report the imaging of a localized fibrous tumor of the liver, focusing on color Doppler US, CT, MR imaging, and angiographic findings. We discuss the differential diagnosis of such a rare, benign lesion of the liver. Detailed imaging of this tumor has not been reported in the literature previously.
