Popis: | We report difference-frequency generation in nonlinear polaritonic metasurfaces based on coupling of electromagnetic nanocavity modes with intersubband nonlinearities in semiconductor heterostructures. Nonlinear susceptibility of 2.7×105 pm/V and the conversion efficiency of 0.13% were measured. |
