Popis:	Further simplifications of the procedures for the automatic analysis of amino acids are presented. The basic modifications are alterations in the ninhydrin reagent and addition of cyanide to the buffer system. These developments render the reagent stable indefinitely in light and air and eliminate the risk of clogging experienced in the past.
