Popis:	Gorytes mikhailovi sp. nov. is described and illustrated from southeastern Kazakhstan (Zhambyl and Almaty Regions). The species groups of the Palaearctic Gorytes Latreille, 1804 (Hymenoptera: Apoidea: Crabronidae) are reviewed and an updated key to the Palaearctic species is provided.
