| Popis: | This paper seeks to address the importance of vocational guidance in adolescence and to discuss learning programs at this stage. The relevance of the following research is due to the fact that it is during this period that the adolescent is in constant development, where he is structuring his identity, forming concepts and autonomy and having mediations at this stage becomes even more fundamental in this process. Highlight on the importance of mediations as a way to facilitate the process of appropriating possibilities as a way to facilitate this young man in such pertinent decisions. The role of this professional and / or institution will be important to contextualize, score and help you define which choices are appropriate and welcome your insecurities, doubts about the future. In order to understand the challenges faced by these young people, we need to understand what are the characteristics attributed to them by society and by the employment universe itself and then address the issue in question. The following article was built from a bibliographic review involving materials that somehow permeate the issues involved in the light of the historical-cultural perspective. Firstly, we will present the human development stage of adolescence, its construction history and contemporary concept, followed by the learning and professional guidance programs, and finally make the correlations discussed highlighting the importance of professional guidance in this phase of human development. |
