| Popis: | In three patients with the complications of acute porphyria the response to haemodialysis was variable and only occasionally dramatic. Nevertheless in this condition, for which there is no specific therapy, it may be a worth-while procedure. Awareness of the risks of respiratory complications and of septicaemia, and their early treatment, are vitally important. |
