Popis: | 1. 1. S. japonicum egg lipids contain five major lipid classes; phospholipid, free sterol, free fatty acid, triglyceride and sterol ester. 2. 2. The major phospholipid components were phosphatidyl choline and phosphatidyl ethanolamine and trace amounts of sphingomyelin and lysolecithin were also detected. 3. 3. Fatty acids varying in chain length from 12 through 26 carbons and containing from 0 through 6 double bonds were found. |
