Popis: | 1 ARCOLEPSY IS A sleep disorder characterized by excessive sleepiness, involuntary daytime sleep episodes, isturbed nocturnal sleep, sleep paralysis, and cataplexy.1 Cerain considerations must be kept in mind during the anesthetic anagement of a patient with narcolepsy. A case is reported in hich propofol and remifentanil were successfully used during ardiac surgery for a patient with a life-long history of arcolepsy. |
