The data present the ROC Analysis to determine cut-off value of NS1Ag on the severity according to WHO-SEARO 2011 in the pediatric group because there were significant differences. A total of 30 samples in the children's group were divided based on the WHO-SEARO 2011 IVD criteria, namely 8 samples of undifferentiated fever, 13 samples of dengue fever (DF), and 6 samples of DHF I, 1 sample of DHF II and 2 samples of DHF II. The cut-off value was determined by a comparison between groups, namely the UF group with DF, DF with DHF I-II, DF with DHF III-IV and DHF I-II with DHF III-IV. Merging criteria is done by considering similar symptoms and the number of each criteria. |
