Popis: | For the past 20 years women have rapidly moved into the health care work force. It is hypothesized that the not-for-profit sector of America's economy has provided a more hospitable environment for women managers than the for-profit sector has. Accordingly the salary experience of women in not-for-profit industries is of great interest to many women managers. |
