Popis: The approval in record time of vaccines against Covid-19 makes it necessary to implement pharmacovigilance actions, both for infrequent reactions, and in the medium or long term, in order to complete their safety profile. The aim was: Collaborate in the evaluation of the safety of vaccines, through the detection, reporting and monitoring of suspected adverse reactions (ARs) in community pharmacy users and their impact on health and daily life. Procedure: Collection of data in a log book completed by the pharmacist together with the patient. Decadal follow-up in person or by telephone after the first and second doses of vaccine received and monthly from the second month of the second dose. Description of the Data and file structure: In the MS Excel® file there are two sheets: One shows de data of the 781 vaccinated individuals who participated in the study.
