Popis: | Ion-selective electrodes constitute an important means of determining many of the ions, for example, nitrate, chloride, bromide, cyanide, fluoride, sulphate, ammonium, sodium, potassium, calcium, magnesium and boron, that occur in vegetation, vegetables, fruits, juices and oils. Their scope is outlined together with associated experimental problems and the results compared with those obtained by alternative analytical methods. |
