The subject of the research is theoretical and applied aspects of the managerial competencies transformation in different economic models of Ukraine’s development. The purpose of the study is to develop modern scientific approaches to determining the appropriate model of economic development of Ukraine and, accordingly, to outline the main directions of the managerial competencies transformation in the new socio–economic conditions and guidelines. Methods of research are the general and special scientific methods of economic research (comparative analysis, synthesis, generalization, systematic approach, graphical methods). Results of the research. The inevitability of becoming an innovative advanced model of economic development in Ukraine is substantiated. And the importance of studying the directions of transformation of the competence model of the modern employees in general, and especially of the managerial competencies, is proved. Among the specified directions of transformation of the managerial competencies are: 1) an innovative orientation; 2) focus on team management, development of transprofessional competencies of team members; 3) focus on professional and managerial development and realization of the managers’ psychological potential; 4) focus on interdisciplinarity; 5) compliance with the three–module model of managerial competencies, including professional, soft skills and digital competencies; 6) value and semantic influence on the team through the development of social and environmental responsibility, the development of human and health potential, occupational safety and others. Conclusions. Peculiarities of formation and development of outlined competencies of managerial staff at different levels, methodical approaches to their evaluation, criteria of implementation efficiency should be the subject of further research. |
