Popis:	Hypertrophic cardiomyopathy (HCM) with left ventricular non-compaction (LVNC) is unusual. Atherosclerotic coronary artery disease in these is rare. We reported a case of HCM with LVNC presenting as stable angina pectoris. Multimodality imaging studies will help to diagnose and guide the management of this uncommon condition.
