Popis:	Clinical and laboratory data are described for two siblings who both developed adult T-cell leukemia/lymphoma resulting from infection by human T lymphotropic virus type I (HTLV-I). These findings suggest that genetic factors or virus-specific factors may determine which HTLV-I-infected individuals will develop leukemia.
