The article deals with the model of the balanced scorecard, which is typical for state institutions. The article highlights the stages of the formation of a balanced scorecard in state institutions. The stages of formation of the BSC in state-owned institutions include: a strategic analysis of the economic entity, the development of a balanced scorecard, the implementation of the strategy of the balanced scorecard. Particular attention is paid to the stage of strategic analysis in view of its distinctive features. Strategic analysis of a public institution is carried out with the help of SWOT and PEST analysis management tools. |
