| Popis: | A method of using Fe55 and Fe59 for simultaneous determination of iron absorption, plasma volume, and plasma iron turnover in man is described. The validity of the method was tested and examples of the practical application was given in two subjects with iron deficiency anaemia before and after oral iron therapy. |
