Summary In the article the dynamics of changes in the content of the concentration of active metabolites nitric oxide in influenza A, depending on the severity of the flow was analyzed. 158 patients with influenza A were examined, direct correlation between the severity of the disease, manifestations of oxidative stress and supersynthesis of nitric oxide was established. The main factors of the risk of severe flu and their significance are identified. Key words: influenza A, nitric oxide, peroxidation of lipids, circulating endothelial cells, pathogenetic treatment of influenza.
