Popis: | Objective The aim of this study was to test predictors of nursing empowerment and job satisfaction in nurses. Background Nursing professional development leaders and Magnet® coordinators need foundational data on which to build interventions that will support and empower nurses on the journey toward American Nurses Credentialing Center Magnet® designation. Method Secondary data analysis methods were used. Results Overall, nurses perceived that they had moderate empowerment and were satisfied with their jobs. Conclusions Study results support predicted relationships and can be used to guide interventions for, and development of, nurses. |
