Popis: | We performed comprehensive transcriptome analysis of Peyer’s patches to elucidate the effects of oral administration of Lactobacillus plantarum strain AYA in mice. Using microarray analysis, we identified 124 upregulated and 144 downregulated genes for four weeks after the start of dietary supplementation with AYA. Gene Ontology analysis revealed that the genes for immune function were enriched in the upregulated gene set. |
