Popis:	SummaryWe present two cases of Charles Bonnet syndrome in comorbidity with Parkinson’s disease. Patients developed visual hallucinosis before starting any antiparkisonian treatment. We briefly discuss the possible physiopathological mechanisms involving low visual acuity and Parkinson’s disease with visual hallucinosis.
