Popis: The presence of preoperative tunnel widening and/or malposition can pose technical challenges for revision anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction. This Technical Note describes the use of outside-in drilling to avoid the need for 2-stage reconstruction in the presence of tunnel widening or semi-anatomic tunnels.
