Popis:	It is revealed the influence of the evaporation rate on the oriented PbTe layer thickness. It is indicated the occurrence of two temperature ranges 130-160 C and 300-600C, in which the oriented PbTe layers are formed. The authors didn’t observe on mica the deterioration of orientation for lack of the transition from the orientation (111) to (100).
