Popis: | After a mastectomy has been performed via transverse bielliptical incisions, the lateral apex of the incision (Fig. 1, A) is retracted medially (Fig. 2). The points to which the apex is retracted are marked (Fig. 2, B, C). The superior and inferior flaps along the redundant triangular-shaped skin of each flap are excised (Fig. 3, C, A2, A; B, A1, A). The lateral apex is retracted medially and secured to the approximated transverse incision at points B and C (Fig. 4). The incision is closed with the newly created Y configuration (Fig. 5). |
