Popis:	Asymptomatic emphysematous pyelonephritis is a rare but potentially life-threatening disease. Diabetes mellitus is the most recognised risk factor. Aim of this case report is to review evidence of emphysematous pyelonephritis to identify risk factors and treatment options.
