Relevance of research. In the conditions of globalization of economy and ensuring of stable development for Ukraine, the question of indication of the effectiveness of these phenomena, in particular the study of the efficiency of implementation of innovation–investment processes, including due to foreign investment, to which many expectations are being raised, is becoming increasingly relevant. The purpose of this study is to find out the impact of innovation and investment processes, in particular foreign investment, on the effectiveness of the economy and to identify hypothetical indicators of changes that indicate the presence of development, and to compare them with actual indicators. Research methods: comparison, generalization, induction and deduction, analysis and synthesis, graphical methods. зростаConclusions. The actual effectiveness of investment–innovation processes, including foreign investment, does not meet hypothetical expectations. The main problems besides the well–known ones are the insufficient share of the innovative component in the investment processes, the insignificant directing of foreign investments into the production sphere. Among the ways to overcome the problems of foreign investment efficiency in providing business development processes are the following: 1) redirection of foreign investments in the direction of innovative renewal of existing manufacturing enterprises and creation of new business processes in the production sphere – at the expense of the relevant levers of the state innovation and investment policy, in particular with respect to foreign partners and investors; 2) focusing efforts on the priority formation of investment investments at the expense of own, in particular internal sources (increase of possibilities of growth of volumes of accumulation of own funds of enterprises, creation of favorable conditions for attracting and borrowing); 3) promotion and stimulation of innovative activity of enterprises as a determining factor of their development. Results of work. The essential characteristics of development processes and their effectiveness are analyzed. The influence of innovation and investment processes on the development of enterprises is shown. Hypothetical indicators of changes, which testify to the effectiveness of development, have been identified and characterized. The actual indicators of change are analyzed and their main differences from the hypothetical ones are found out. Hypothetical and actual indicators of changes expected from foreign investment have been compared. The problems on the way of obtaining the desired results of development are revealed and the ways of their overcoming are suggested. |
