| Popis: | Summary A 2 7/12-year-old Negro girl with visceral larva migrans is described in whom severe myocardial involvement occurred followed by complete recovery. This is the first clinical report of myocardial involvement associated with this parasitic infection with recovery of which we are aware. The diagnosis and management of this new complication of visceral larva migrans are briefly discussed. |
