Popis: Odontogenic sinusitis (OS) accounts for about 10–20% of all the sinusitis occurring in maxillary sinus. OS may result due to periapical pathology, severe periodontitis, peri-implantitis, or oroantral communication due to displacement of tooth root into the sinus. Very rarely OS can be due to an impacted tooth in the maxillary sinus for which very few case reports are found in literature. The author presents a case report of 24 years female suffering from unilateral chronic sinusitis since 1 year caused due to impacted third molar tooth in left maxillary sinus associated with odontogenic keratocyst that was managed both medically and surgically. One year follow-up revealed that she was free from previous symptoms.
