Popis: Overall, the number of treatment fractions in which repositioning of the isocenter was found to exceed 5 mm was 12/160, affecting 7/20 patients. Analysis of the video images revealed that inter-fraction variation in the position of the scar, after optimized isocenter positioning, revealed an additional potential for set-up uncertainty. The range of movement was 2–10 mm. Interestingly, variation was found in all 3 dimensions including the sup-inf dimension. Of the 16 patients for whom video was acquired, useful data were present in 11. The median variation in the in the med-lat dimension and sup-inf dimension was 3 mm. If the images of the surface reference points were plotted to determine the center of the array of positions for a single patient, the percentage of evaluable fractions with a single fraction deviation of greater than 5mm was small.
