Popis: | Today, Microorganisms are increasingly being used to synthesize nanoparticles, due to their eco-friendly and time-saving properties. In the present investigation, Lactobacillus spp was used to successfully synthesize silver nanoparticles (Ag NPs). The green synthesized Ag NPs was confirmed by UV–Vis spectrophotometer, X-ray diffraction (XRD), Field emission scanning electron microscope (FE-SEM), Energy-dispersive X-ray spectroscopy (EDX) and Atomic Force Microscope (AFM). The antimicrobial abilities were studied using agar well diffusion assay. The cytotoxicity efficiencies were studied using MTT assays and sensing abilities of green synthesized Ag NPs were studied using H2O2. The photocatalyzation of Methylene red dye was studied by UV-spectrophotometer. The results exhibited that green synthesized Ag NPs with size (25–35 nm) acquired from Lactobacillus spp were found to show amazing antimicrobial, anticancer, sensing and photodegradation potential. Therefore, the present study concluded that green synthesized Ag NPs could be proven the multidisciplinary applications. |
