Students, tourists and citizens are often confused by bus lines and timetables or get tired of running to catch their bus or looking for bus stops. This paper describes the mobile application that conveniently provides information about city bus lines. For a selected line, it can gives an overview of timetables, bus stop locations and estimated departures. It also calculates the shortest route from user location to a certain bus stop and can navigate the user to that bus stop. The prototype application is made for local bus lines in Rijeka. |
