| Popis: | The Hannover Medical School (MHH) library collects the MHH publication data and uses these data to analyze the continuously increased open access percentage of the MHH publications. The institutional bibliography, the calculation of “performance-related bonuses” and the administration of publication fee payment provide comprehensive data for monitoring. Furthermore, the practical experience report shows the surrounding conditions of the MHH and the experience with the counselling for publishing, the administration of the open access publication fund and the institutional repository RepoMed. Die Bibliothek der Medizinischen Hochschule Hannover (MHH) erfasst die Publikationsdaten der MHH und nutzt diese für eine Analyse des kontinuierlich gestiegenen Open-Access-Anteils am Publikationsaufkommen der MHH. Die in den Prozessen Hochschulbibliografie, Berechnung leistungsorientierter Mittel und Publikationskostenabrechnung gesammelten Daten können für ein umfassendes Monitoring genutzt werden. Der Praxisbericht zeigt zudem die hochschulpolitischen Rahmenbedingungen sowie die Erfahrungen mit dem Publikationsberatungsservice, der Verwaltung des Open-Access-Publikationsfonds und dem institutionellen Publikationsserver RepoMed auf.
