Popis: L'azione COST ReMO e' una rete che coinvolge un'intera comunita' di ricerca, includendo tutte le parti interessate. Questa comunita' ha redatto un Manifesto per la salute mentale ed il benessere dei ricercatori che mette in evidenza come la salute mentale e il benessere nel fare ricerca possano avvalersi ed essere sostenuti da iniziative ed azioni svolte da tutti i livelli di organizzazione, da quello politico a quello istituzionale, dalle comunita' e dai singoli individui. Questo Manifesto invita tutte le parti coinvolte nell'ecosistema della ricerca ad impegnarsi nello sviluppo di politiche che monitorino, migliorino e mantengano il benessere e la salute mentale nell'ambiente di ricerca, fornendo misure piu' comprensive e complete verso il successo e la qualita', sostenendo l'equilibrio tra lavoro e vita privata, l'inclusività, e lo sviluppo di carriere di ricerca sostenibili a misura di famiglia.
